<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal">Die von mir hinzugefügten drei Punkte sollen ein Signalzeichen sein, denn
so einfach geht es nun doch nicht, wenn hochdeutscher Text (Lyrik bzw. Prosa)
in nd. Text "übersetzt" werden soll. Man kann wohl eine
Rohübersetzung Wort für Wort vornehmen, oewer dat is noch nich allns. Heute
wird oft (erbarmungslos) Hochdeutsch ins Plattdeutsche <strong>übersetzt</strong>. Was im hd. Text noch
seinen (poetischen) Atem hat, könnte bei einer Übersetzung verloren gehen. Dieses
spürte ich auch bei den vorgelegten Texten. Übersetzungen sind zu hochdeutsch
gedacht und wären demzufolge gar nicht nötig gewesen. Es bedarf unbedingt einer
<strong>Übertragung, </strong>die man
eher einem Experten (Schriftsteller) überlassen sollte.<span style="" lang="DE"></span></p>
<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="DE"> </span></p>
<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal">Gerd Lüpke: "... daß jede literarische Arbeit, ganz gleich, woher sie
zu uns kommt, dann übertragen werden kann, wenn sie in ihrem Gedankengut, ihrer
Aussage und ihren Bildern den ihr innewohnenden Sinn und Auftrag auch im
niederdeutschen Gewand überzeugend erfüllt."<span style="" lang="DE"></span></p>
<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="DE"> </span></p>
<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal">Seit 1999 ist die "Europäische Charta der Regional- oder Minderheiten
Sprache" in Deutschland Gesetz. Bund und Länder <strong>übernahmen</strong> völkerrechtlich
verbindliche Verpflichtungen zum Sprachenschutz, und zwar für das Friesische,
das Sorbische, das Dänische, die Sprache der Sinti und Roma als
Minderheitensprachen sowie für die Regionalsprache Niederdeutsch.</p>
<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal">Da war doch ein Anfang, ein Start schon möglich. Muß denn unbedingt noch
ein weiteres regionalbezogenes Gesetz verabschiedet und dem Charta-Bschluß wie
ein Stempel aufgedrückt werden.</p>
<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="DE"> </span></p>
<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" class="MsoNormal">Die Antwort (Schleswig Holstein) habe ich eher wie eine Verteidigung
