keeping Low German as their heritage is the American Schleswig-Holstein
Heritage Society in Walcott,
 IA. (ASHHS) with their ANN/UAL
(!!!) meetings once in Schleswig Holstein and once in U.S.A.</p>

details. Hope, there are more groups over in the U.S. who keep their Low German
heritage in a way the ASHHS does since many years, Could be useful, to keep
them together under one roof, for the ASHHS</p>

people from other Low German regions (like myself) They have e.g. members who
speak a funny old fashioned Pomeranian Platt in 5th generation.</p>
