heeft het eerste lid _tietel_ te maken met het woord _tuit_. Dus het zou een
tuitroos kunnen zijn, in de voorstelling van de bedenkers van het woord. De
corona van een narcis heeft immers een opvallende tuit of toeter. </p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">In
Belgisch Limburg vind ik het woord _tetel_ en _teutel_, dat 'tuit' of 'penis'
betekent. </p>

_tietel_ of _tudel_ ook als losse woorden in het Nedersaksisch?</p>
