<div><br>In het Nederlands zie ik daarvoor letterlijk het gewoon bestaande woord
'genadetijd' (de tijd die me/ons is gegeven), of ook wel: 'bedenktijd' of
'garantietijd' (coulancetijd). Een tijdspanne waarbinnen genade / coulance
mogelijk is. <br>Van iemand die bijv. ernstig ziek is wordt wel gezegd dat hij
in 'blessuretijd' leeft (extra speeltijd bij voetbal), een soort (extra)
tijd die iemand uit genade ontvangt.</div>

<div>De stam van 'vorst' (vrieskoude) is: freus; Eng. frost. <br>De stam van
'vorst' (nok(dak)pan) is: vorst(e), verst(e); Eng.: first.<br>Het 'Gnadenfrist'
heeft volgens mij - en dan in de zin van eerste, voorste, komende, enz. - meer
