<br><br>Sounds EXACTLY like the way things are in specialty 
departments in hospitals in Bombay/Mumbai ... not because I have ever 
been in a hospital in Bombay/Mumbai (knock on wood!), but as told me by 
doctor acquaintances who do rounds at such hospitals in Bombay .... and 
by sign language interpreters who have accompanied Bombay Deaf to such 
departments for treatment.<br clear="all">
