An example of limited access is the <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk">BBC</a> in that certain audio and video files are not open to overseas visitors.<br>
<br>The <a href="http://www.ndr.de/fernsehen/livestream223.html">NDR TV live stream</a> site also restricts certain program to German or European viewers.<br></span></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><br>
