for participation in the AMERICA ANTIQUA III Symposium, September 21-25,
1999, at the UFSIA
University of Antwerp (Belgium), which will be held in English and Spanish.
The sessions will focus on four
topics:
 Maya Correlation Problem and Archaeoastronomy.
 Teotihuacan, Tolteca, and their influences.
 The location of Aztlan, Colhuacan, and Chicomoztoc.
 Comparing codex and monument writings.
There is also a WORKSHOP around 35 years of most exciting investigations and
interesting decipherments,
followed by a round table (more details follow later).
The intention is to publish all the material on CD-ROM.

tratan son:
 Correlacion Maya y Arqueoastronomia.

 Localizacion de Aztlan, Colhuacan y Chicomoztoc.
 Comparicion de textos de codices y monumentos.
El simposio incluye tambien una presentacion de los resultados de 35 anos de
investigacion y deciframiento
de las escrituras maya y azteca/mexica, seguido por una mesa redonda.
Una publicacion de las comunicaciones del Simposio esta prevista.
