A few others:

tecolote for owl  just found out it comes from xolotl twin of
quetzalcoatl the eveing star, hence the evening bird

guajolote turkey

cuate twin from quetzalcoatl

esquinkle  small one

for English according to Am Heritage Dictionary

shack from xacalli

and don't forget tamale and tomato.
