book with cassettes

I looked all over Mexico City for Nahuatl resources and was very
disappointed.  However, in one book store I did find this:

It was really cheap.  With two cassettes it cost under $7USD.  However, I
don't know how easy it is to find.  I unexpectedly stumbled across it last
year.
