I knew, Coahuila comes from  Coatl = serpent and Huila = Bird. It is
like “Serpent that flies “
 
 
 
In Fact, Oficial name is “Coahuila de Zaragoza” because General Ignacio
Zaragoza was born there.

Not to get off this subject matter...... But does anyone know what
"COAHUILA " mean? The people of Texas ( TEJAS ) were called
"COAHUILTECANS" just wondering...The CADDOS say that *TEJAS* is a word
from their language, I say not...
