Tlen Huicani

Colleagues,

There is a musical group called Tlen Huicani that is performing here 
in the US, originally from Veracruz.  Their website reports that the 
name of the group means "the singers" in Nahuatl.

Is this some variant in Veracruz Nahuatl where"cuicani" would become "huicani'?
