I can't contribute to answering Kier's question (but I always enjoy the 
learned responses to such questions).  However, I want to note that the 
mountain just south of San Luis Tlaxialtemalco, or between Milpa Alta 
and San Luis/San Gregorio, is named Teuctli, and I'd love to hear the 
translation of that name in people's responses to Kier.
