Dear Owen,

I found the PDF document on the internet (Google search for first line).
It was on the website of the University of Bologna, Italy
homepage: http://www.facli.unibo.it/Lingue/default.htm

After a right mouse click on the document, and the link "document properties"
the author of the document is identified as: Giovanni Marchetti
a professor in the department of Modern Foreign Languages and Literature.

Here's the link with his details (address, phone no., etc):

He apparently conducts courses in Spanish (in case you don't speak Italian and he doesn't speak English!)
