Codex Chimalpopoca

I have been asked to assist someone in the translation of a paragraph from Codex Chimalpopoca, but it is of course not an easy thing. I have searched the web for general translations/info but could not find any. 
Below I'm copying the text I was given, and would be grateful if anyone could give me advice or put me in the right direction.
