Ok, so first is it izcohua or izcoa? It would seem to be the latter. Next, this kind of deverbal derivation (patientive noun) with class 3 verbs, although not real common, does appear. And the fact that the reflexive prefix doesnʻt change to ne- is probably indicative of the fact that this is a peripheral phenomenon.
