Spanish (and English) translations are very helpful for doing exegesis of the
text in question. Finally, to ask whether Juan Diego spoke Spanish to Our
Lady of Guadalupe is to ask a very tricky question. Was Juan Diego a
historical person? Or is he the product of historicized myth? There
are two camps in this whole controversy: the aparicionistas and the
anti-aparicionistas. I doubt the answer is either of these two
views. </FONT></DIV>

the same problematic in studies concerning the historical Jesus and the risen

Endangered Languages Documentation Programme is a component of the Hans
Rausing Endangered Languages Project, administered by the School of Oriental
and African Studies at the University of London. It offers up to £1 million in
grants each year for the documentation of endangered languages in any location
