list AZTLAN, Nahuat-l is the only list purely dedicated to the study<BR>
of Nahuatl.<BR>

We all hope that Nahuat-l is respected by professionals and provides a<BR>
forum that is open to amateurs and novices.<BR>
<BR>
However, members are asked to avoid postings on subjects and theories<BR>
that are not supported by any substantial research in order to<BR>
maintain the list as one that will be informative and useful for all<BR>
list members. <BR>
<BR>
Those academic 'lurkers' out there are encouraged to participate when<BR>
they can. If you don't believe that a current thread has any<BR>
scholarly value, please let me know. Or, better yet, post a<BR>
well-supported reply in order to educate the group.<BR>

This list belongs to all of us, and it becomes what we make of it.<BR>
Thoughtful, reasoned, and regular participation by all members is the<BR>
key.<BR>
