Vida for OAI-PMH 2.0

Folks,

The current version of Vida, http://www.language-archives.org/vida,
implements version 1.1 of the OAI protocol.

I have created a beta version of Vida2 that implements version 2.0
of the protocol.  It is not a full implementation since it does not
generate all the error responses.  However, it should be enough
for people who want to expose their OLAC XML files to current
OAI harvesters.

Note that the OAI is developing their own, general version of Vida, to be
made available in December.  We may be able to use that instead of our own
vida2, and avoid the trouble of tracking future changes to the protocol.
