institute proposal accepted

Dear all,
I just got a letter from Peter Sells saying that our course proposal for the

2007 LSA Summer Institute at Stanford has been accepted. The course will
be team-taught by K. David Harrison and Nick Thieberger, with a very
important
special guest appearance by Deborah Anderson, the Unicode guru.

This is going to be a great opportunity for us, first to train a class full
of
people in good language documentation technologies, and also to develop
& test a course  that hopefully other OLAC members can use in the future.

Thanks to everyone for helping to put this together.
