d’exposer un ensemble de résultats expérimentaux sur le dialogue
humain-machine. Le premier effet mis en évidence est celui du mode de
communication (téléphone vs Web) sur l’activité humaine lors d’interactions
avec un système de recherche d’information(s). Le second effet est une
contribution partagée des modes de production (parler vs taper) et de
compréhension (écouter vs lire) sur les processus fondamentaux du dialogue.
Des pistes pour la conception des systèmes peuvent être proposées afin
d’optimiser les interactions humain-machine.<SPAN
