de l’intégration Européenne cette rencontre vise à mettre en place une

le cadre d’une approche de type dynamique pour l’apprentissage des

de ces journées est de réunir des intervenants issus de différentes pratiques :
les programmes européens d’expérimentation, les partenaires
institutionnels et la recherche à finalité descriptive et modélisatrice et
applicative. L’événement ne se conçoit pas simplement comme un colloque à
caractère uniquement scientifique ; il se fixe aussi comme objectif de
présenter le cadre institutionnel qui vectorise les opérations présentes et
futures en vue de créer les conditions d’une réflexion portant sur
l’évolution de la coordination des partenaires et l’orientation des
programmes.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

l’approche linguistique, la politique de l’enseignement des
langues, la politique linguistique européenne, la diversification des canaux
utilisés, les relations entre la pratique expérimentale et
l’établissement d’un glossaire de métatermes adapté au bouquet des
langues concernées, sera fédérée par quelques thématiques fortes, parmi

mutations qui ont systématiquement touché consonnes et voyelles en toutes
positions. En nous fondant sur ces prémisses, nous avons réalisé un essai
d'apprentissage de la lecture du danois avec des étudiants germanistes. Un
vocabulaire de base a ainsi pu être mis rapidement en place, par analogie avec
l'allemand, pour leur permettre de déchiffrer des textes simples. D'autres
langues germaniques, comme le suédois, le norvégien et, bien entendu, le
néerlandais, pourraient sans difficulté majeure être intégrées à ce programme.</span></font></i></em><b><i><font

beaux jours de la linguistique historique pendant plus d’un siècle, est
parfois mal perçue, probablement en raison de son côté excessivement
technique : on ne s’improvise pas philologue. Quand bien même on le
serait, reste la question de sa place dans l’acquisition d’une
langue vivante étrangère. Entre la revendication du tout étymologique et son
rejet pur et simple, il reste un chemin médian, dont il nous faut baliser le

(ii) l’acquisition autodidacte ou encadrée de
l’intercompréhension, et au-delà la formation d’une compétence
énonciative basique, passe par l’acquisition de la démarche

proximité entre les différentes langues slaves est assez importante mais elle
n’est pas homogène, ne garantit pas l’intercompréhension et ne
correspond pas toujours aux subdivisions linguistiques classiques (slave
oriental / slave occidental / slave méridional) : ainsi, le vocabulaire bulgare
(langue slave méridionale) est souvent plus transparent pour un russophone que
celui de l’ukrainien, quoique le russe et l’ukrainien (langues
slaves orientales) soient grammaticalement très proches. L’héritage
lexical slave commun est diversement géré par ces langues : à côté de
nombreuses similitudes, voire identités, il existe des différences dues
notamment au fait que tel sens peut être construit à partir de racines /
concepts distincts (cf. pour « Attention ! » : russe <i><span
style='font-style:italic'>Ostorožno !</span></i> mais polonais <i><span
style='font-style:italic'>Uwaga !</span></i>) ; les contacts avec
d’autres langues (germaniques, romanes, turciques, finno-ougriennes,
etc.) n’ont pas été les mêmes pour différentes langues slaves.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

linguistique qui se dessine semble se diriger vers le tout anglais. Il y a bien
sûr des avantages à disposer d'une langue commune, mais cette soumission sans
retenue à la langue anglaise peut, sur le long terme être destructrice des
cultures européennes. Si les sciences, les techniques, la philosophie et les
arts ne sont plus exprimées dans une langue donnée, celle-ci perd rapidement le
vocabulaire qui permet de les penser. Mais que faire ? La première chose
est d'afficher clairement l'objectif : <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>L'Europe
ne doit pas devenir anglophone, mais au contraire maintenir sa diversité</span></b>.
Les raisons de ce refus sont nombreuses, à la fois culturelles, linguistiques,
politiques et historiques, et nous en évoquerons quelques-unes rapidement. Il
faut ensuite <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>imaginer des alternatives et
proposer des moyens d'actions réalistes</span></b>. Nous présenterons deux
voies prometteuses, la compréhension des langues voisines et les dispositifs
d'autoformation. Mais toutes ces initiatives ne peuvent pas se développer dans
le cadre du laisser-faire qui règne actuellemnt aussi bien au niveau
universitaire qu'européen. Il faut donc <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>formuler
des pistes pour des politiques linguistiques multilingues.</span></b><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
