vous invite à lui soumettre une proposition d'intervention à la<br>
journée qu'elle organise à la Sorbonne le samedi 15 mars 2008 sur le<br>
thème:<br>

Prédicats, prédications et structures prédicatives<br>
<br>
Problématique<br>
<br>
Quatre questions divisent linguistes et grammairiens depuis<br>
l'importation dans leurs disciplines de la notion, à l'origine<br>
exclusivement logique, de prédicat :<br>
<br>
Quelle est ou quelles sont les catégories linguistiques qui ont<br>
vocation à être prédicatives?<br>
<br>
La prédication est-elle une propriété intrinsèque d'un constituant de<br>
la langue, une fonction ou un type de relation ?<br>
<br>
Existe-t-il un lien entre la perception d'une prédication dans un<br>
énoncé et la construction ou la structure de cet énoncé? Si oui,<br>
peut-on dresser une liste de structures toujours prédicatives ou ayant<br>
vocation à l'être?<br>
<br>
Y a-t-il un compromis entre la conception de la prédication en logique<br>
et les conceptions linguistiques de cette notion? Ce compromis est-il<br>
souhaitable ? Est-il nécessaire d'avoir une conception unifiée de la<br>
prédication?<br>
<br>
Nous proposons à ceux pour qui cette notion a un sens ainsi qu'à ceux<br>
qui estiment pouvoir démontrer qu'elle n'en a pas, d'en débattre au<br>
cours d'une journée scientifique qui se tiendra le samedi 15 mars 2008<br>
de 9h00 à 18h30 à la Maison de la Recherche de la Sorbonne.<br>
<br>
Nous avons prévu 8 interventions. Chaque intervenant disposera de 45<br>
minutes discussion comprise.<br>

Les propositions doivent nous parvenir<br>

avant le 30 octobre 2007 sous la forme d'un texte n'excédant pas,<br>
bibliographie éventuelle comprise, une page en double interligne<br>
(Times 12). La notificaiton d'acceptation ou de refus (motivé) se fera<br>
à réception. Les intervenants retenus s'engagent à soumettre avant le<br>
31 janvier 2008 un texte de deux pages - (Times 12 – interligne 1,5),<br>
bibliographie comprise - qui sera remis aux participants ou publié sur<br>
le site de l'association. Ils s'engagent également à assister à la<br>
totalité de la journée, à participer aux débats et à soumettre pour<br>
publication le texte de leur intervention avant le 15 avril 2008.<br>
