</B><BR>
<I>L’éthique du discours ou peut-on dire n’importe quoi ?<BR>
</I>Peut-on dire n’importe quoi ? Autrement dit, peut-on fournir des arguments théoriques et des consignes pratiques pour la production d’un discours conforme au droit et à l’éthique d’une société ? Ce séminaire répondra à la question en examinant les normes sociales, éthiques et juridiques du discours construites par une communauté à une époque donnée. <BR>
On proposera une méthodologie pour l’analyse éthique et juridique des discours, qui reprendra sous cet angle des concepts centraux en analyse du discours comme la formation discursive, le préconstruit, l’interdiscours, la mémoire discursive, les savoirs partagés. À partir de corpus divers comme le discours littéraire, médiatique, juridique, politique, ordinaire, etc., on examinera les critères de conformité des discours produits amenant parfois une pénalisation de la parole. On proposera des études de cas : procès de <I>Madame Bovary</I> de Flaubert et des <I>Fleurs du mal</I> de Baudelaire, traitement juridique des « écarts de langage » de J.-M. Le Pen, juridiction française autour des insultes sexistes, racistes et homophobes, fonctionnement discursif de l’amalgame et de l’analogie, etc.<BR>
