Dans ce cadre, la littérature marketing récente préconise fortement l’alignement des perceptions de la marque par ces deux groupes de parties prenantes. Or il n’existe pour le moment pas de travaux publiés ayant développé cette notion. Les rares travaux empiriques sur ce sujet se limitent à mesurer la perception de la personnalité de la marque par chaque groupe et de

J’ai investigué, en plus de la littérature marketing, les travaux en psychologie sociale sur les concepts de « <SPAN>perceptual agreement », « shared cognition », « social representations », et « salient values similarity ». Mes lectures m’orientent à modéliser l’effet de cette congruence comme un impact sur la crédibilité de la marque aux yeux des consommateurs. Toutefois, cette hypothèse se base actuellement plus sur l’intuition que sur des recherches antérieures dans le domaines.</SPAN></FONT></FONT></FONT></div> <div class="EC_MsoNormal" style="TEXT-ALIGN:
