souvent présentes dans les discours qui accompagnent ou qui fondent les
pratiques sociales (politiques, médiatiques, éducatives, associatives et
autres), et de ce fait, les deux concepts ont constitué l'objet de
nombreuses réflexions et recherches en sciences sociales : philosophie,
sciences politiques, juridiques, psychologie sociale et sociologie, histoire,
sciences de l'information et de la communication, sciences de l'éducation,

<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">Les valeurs</span></i><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"> sont étudiées comme source des
comportements sociaux, des décisions institutionnelles et des prises de
position idéologiques, comme composantes identitaires pour définir des acteurs
sociaux et des identités collectives ou individuelles, comme moteur des
dynamiques sociales et de la construction de nouveaux espaces géo-politiques,
comme l'Union Européenne ou les espaces de la Francophonie. Elles sont
évoquées pour expliquer le monde social et pour défendre des entités sociales
ou pour proposer des mesures d'amélioration, voire de changement des structures
institutionnelles, civiles ou autres, pour justifier le progrès scientifique et
pour en limiter les éventuelles dérives. Elles « axiologisent » la
pratique humaine et la parole sur la pratique, qu'elle soit institutionnelle,
publique ou privée. Elles sont évoquées aussi bien en psychothérapie de la
communication que dans la sanction institutionnelle. Leur énonciation et leur
acceptation passent par une procédure communicationnelle de conviction et
génère, certes la tolérance, l'intercompréhension, mais aussi la confrontation,
voire <i>la violence</i>. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">Très étudiée
également par les sciences humaines et sociales, dans ses racines biologiques
et sociales et dans ses «formes de propagation verbale», <i>la violence</i>
reste une préoccupation centrale de toutes les formes que la société humaine,
que toutes les pratiques sociales ont connue et connaissent. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">Cette violence
verbale affecte les images que donnent des acteurs sociaux en interaction
d'autrui et d'eux -mêmes. On peut identifier ainsi des formes de violence
verbale contre l'autre, mais également contre soi. Dans la perspective des
Sciences du Langage, on pourrait dire à la limite que tout acte de langage,
toute prise de parole constitue une menace du territoire de l'autre et une mise
en danger de soi-même, car l'homme est confronté à une injonction paradoxale:
il doit communiquer, a besoin de communiquer et, en même temps il a besoin de
défendre son « territoire ». Le sujet parlant se heurte, dans la
société, selon les ethnométhodologues, à deux nécessités contradictoires : la
nécessité de défendre le territoire de son MOI et la nécessité d'établir des
relations avec autrui. L'obligation de concilier ces deux nécessités
contradictoires donne naissance à toutes sortes de rituels interpersonnels,
surtout des rituels d'accès, ou des processus de figuration qui assurent le
déroulement harmonieux de l'interaction humaine. (Goffman, 1973, 1976,
Watzlawick, Helmick-Beavin & Jackson, 1972). </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">Georges Gordon
a montré aussi que ce qu'il appelle le « contrat linguistique »,
aspect fondamental du contrat social, n'est pas possible sans « une
obéissance partagée » qui assure l'union passagère ou profonde des
interlocuteurs (Gusdorf, 1977). Chaque sujet parlant se livre au péril
d'autrui, mais les cloisonnements de la vie sociale, les formules de politesse,
les formules de civilité, interviennent pour limiter les risques. La théorie de
la politesse de Brown & Levinson (Brown & Levinson, 1978,
Kerbrat-Orecchioni, 1992, 2005) développe cette approche, dans laquelle les
aspects culturels prennent toute leur importance dans l'identification et la
« mesure » de la menace langagière. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">Par ailleurs,
la problématique même du « bien-être », thème fondamental de la
société contemporaine, génère le questionnement sur les sources du malentendu,
de l'incompréhension et de la violence en réponse à ces échecs
communicationnels et comme réponse aux systèmes de valeurs affichés par <i>l'Autre</i>.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">La réflexion
que nous proposons porte prioritairement sur la force des mots à travers <i>les
liens entre les valeurs affichées dans les discours</i> et la <i>violence verbale</i>
dans les interactions d’une société<i> </i> humaine où le contact
des langues et des cultures, dans le sens le plus large du terme, paraît
aujourd’hui inévitable et souvent reconnu comme souhaitable. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">Les articles
pourront avoir pour thème les différentes formes de violence verbale, le
concept même de violence et celui de violence verbale, les actes de langage
perçus comme menaçants la confrontation des différentes stratégies,
culturellement ancrées, d’évitement de la « menace langagière ». Ils
pourront étudier des phénomènes discursifs comme le malentendu,
l'incompréhension et la violence verbale en situation de contact des cultures
et des langues, à l'école comme dans l'espace européen, en politique comme dans
les interactions interpersonnelles ou dans les pratiques artistiques. Ils
pourront interroger les différentes formes que prennent les rapports entre la <i>Parole
Violente</i> et les <i>discours sur les valeurs</i> et proposer une nouvelle
approche de<i> l'intelligence interculturelle.</i></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">Les
propositions d’articles (titre et résumé ne dépassant pas 350 mots
bibliographie comprise) devront être adressées sous présentation anonyme en
attachement à un courriel spécifiant nom, affiliation de l’auteur de même que
le titre de l’article, à l’adresse des trois responsables du numéro, avant <b>le 15 septembre 2011</b>.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR"><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";" lang="FR">L’acceptation
des articles proposés sera communiquée le 20 septembre aux auteurs, qui devront
envoyer les textes des articles au plus tard le 20 novembre. Les évaluations
des articles par le comité de lecture seront communiquées aux auteurs le 5
décembre, la parution en ligne du numéro étant prévue jusqu’à la fin du
