« La construction du répertoire d’enseignement lors du passage du statut d’étudiant à celui d’enseignant de FLE »<br>

Résumé :<br>
L’étude proposée s’intéresse à la formation initiale des enseignants. Elle a pour ambition de synthétiser les travaux de recherche que je conduis depuis 10 ans, dans une perspective de recherche-action, autour de la question de la formation initiale des enseignants et de leur professionnalisation,. Il s’agira ainsi dans un premier temps de proposer un retour sur les notions de formation, de qualification et de compétence professionnelle. Il s’agira ensuite, à travers la présentation de l’ensemble des corpus sur lesquels se basent mes analyses dans ce domaine, de montrer comment se construit une compétence à enseigner en formation initiale, ce que l’on peut aussi appeler, un répertoire didactique. L’ensemble du propos tentera de montrer comment chacun des corpus sur lesquels je me suis appuyée permet plus globalement de mener une réflexion sur les dispositifs de formation et sur les dispositifs de recherche desquels ils sont issus. Il essaiera aussi de montrer à quel point il est nécessaire de faire interagir, dans les deux sens, recherche en didactique et processus de formation des enseignants. <br>
