<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);">Depuis la première manifestation des 25-27 mai 2001 à Bucarest (Roumanie) jusqu'à la cinquième rencontre à Chambéry (France) les 25-27 mai 2011, la conférence <i>Représentations du Sens Linguistique</i> demeure l’un des rendez-vous scientifiques francophones biannuels les plus attendus, se préoccupant non seulement de l’analyse du sens et des facettes de sa construction, sa reconstruction voire sa déconstruction, mais aussi des effets qu’il produit, qu’il génère ou qu’il évoque seulement.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);">L’objectif de la sixième édition de la conférence internationale<i> RSL</i> est de réunir autour d’un même objet biface, à savoir la signification et le sens, une diversité de perspectives théoriques et méthodologiques pouvant interroger, voire interpeller les approches confortablement instituées ou fraîchement établies de l’analyse de la complexité du sens et de ses représentations, ceci, bien entendu, au carrefour des interfaces sémantique-syntaxe et sémantique-pragmatique. RSL VI souhaite également interroger, voire revisiter la tradition qui place l’étude de l’interaction verbale exclusivement parmi les objets de la pragmatique, pour la resituer à l’interface des deux disciplines qui consacrent leurs recherches au sens et à la signification linguistiques.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);">Le concept de complexité linguistique dont il s’agit ici concerne essentiellement les signifiants, leur ordre et leur combinaison, les signifiés, leur sens et leur mise à jour dans le discours, et enfin le signe en contexte et au service d’un certain agir. Etant « une question du nombre et de la variété des éléments constituants d'un élément et de la richesse de leur structure interrelationnelle, que ce soit organisationnelle ou opérationnelle »<a href="https://mail.google.com/mail/?tab=wm#13931478920b7828__ftn1" name="13931478920b7828__ftnref1" title style="color:rgb(17,85,204);"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman';">[1]</span></a>, la complexité linguistique n’est pas à considérer de manière indépendante relativement à chaque niveau de description, mais plutôt à la croisée de deux ou plusieurs interfaces, notamment les interfaces sémantique-syntaxe, sémantique-pragmatique ou syntaxe-sémantique-pragmatique. Il s’agit d’identifier les différentes facettes du dit, du dire et de l’agir, les différents niveaux de complexité dans la description du sens, dans sa construction à travers sa conceptualisation à partir d’un mot, d’une phrase ou d’un énoncé, et ce qu’importent le/les mode(s) de description : épistémique (complexité descriptive/générative/computationnelle), ontologique (complexité compositionnelle/structurelle) ou fonctionnelle<a href="https://mail.google.com/mail/?tab=wm#13931478920b7828__ftn2" name="13931478920b7828__ftnref2" title style="color:rgb(17,85,204);"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman';">[2]</span></a>. La session cherche à interroger les niveaux de description eux-mêmes, leur capacité d’approcher et d’appréhender la complexité du sens, voire de proposer une modélisation linguistique optimale, qu’il s’agisse de niveaux traditionnellement déterminés ou récemment introduits pour l’étude des interfaces.</span></p>

Elles expliciteront la problématique explorée, les enjeux au regard des travaux actuels, les hypothèses, les données, le protocole de validation, les résultats et leurs conséquences pour l'analyse du sens dans les langues naturelles.</span></pre>
