<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span>L’innovation lexicale est le
propre de toute langue vivante, mais au sein des matrices assurant
ce renouvellement, la néologie sémantique a longtemps été la
parente pauvre des recherches en néologie alors même qu’on lui
attribue un rôle important en la matière. Mais depuis le
développement des outils informatiques et la constitution de
grands corpus informatisés, la donne a changé et de nouvelles
voies de repérage sont apparues. Ce numéro des <i>Cahiers de
lexicologie</i> en présente quelques-unes. Ces nouveaux outils
et ces nouvelles approches ne peuvent néanmoins être dissociés
d’un approfondissement de la réflexion sur ce qu’est à proprement
parler la néologie sémantique.</p>
