Les précédentes conférences de cette série ont eu lieu à Aix-en-Provence (2005), à Genève (2007), à Paris (2009), et à Salford (2011).<o></o></FONT></SPAN></div>
<div class="MsoPlainText"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif';"><FONT size="3">En 2013, la conférence est organisée à Louvain (Belgique), à la Faculté de Lettres de l'Université de Louvain (KULeuven), du 11 au 13 septembre 2012. Il s'agit d'une organisation conjointe de FranItalCo, le groupe de recherche sur le français et l'italien de l'Université de Louvain, et du centre de recherche Valibel - Discours & variation, à l'Université de Louvain-la-Neuve (Université catholique de Louvain).<o></o></FONT></SPAN></div>
<div class="MsoPlainText"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif';"><FONT size="3">Un large éventail de phénomènes illustrent comment la recherche en prosodie complète l'analyse du discours, et vice versa : structure informationnelle, communication d'attitudes et d'émotions, ironie et humour, traitement du langage, identification des genres et des styles de discours, et phénomènes d'accommodation entre locuteurs. <o></o></FONT></SPAN></div>

Mais comment l'auditeur identifie-t-il ces frontières ? Certaines formes prosodiques spécifiques sont-elles dédiées au marquage des frontières ? Si c'est le cas, quels en sont les corrélats acoustiques et / ou perceptifs ? Les frontières prosodiques sont-elles identifiées comme telles uniquement quand elles se produisent dans des positions syntaxiques ou discursives particulières ? Quelles fonctions les frontières prosodiques remplissent-elles dans le discours ? Sont-elles marquées par des indices spécifiques à certaines langues, ou universels ? <o></o></FONT></SPAN></div>

Comment détecter le registre mélodique ? Quelles sont les fonctions du registre (et des modifications de registre) dans le discours ? Comment le registre mélodique affecte-t-il l'identification de formes prosodiques (comme les tons) ?<o></o></FONT></SPAN></div>

Quelles sont les fonctions du débit ou des modifications de débit dans le discours ?<o></o></FONT></SPAN></div>

Par exemple, au lieu de « Nous avons précédemment montré (Brown, 2001) que... », les auteurs utiliseront une citation de type « Brown a montré précédemment (Brown, 2001) que... ». Chaque soumission sera évaluée par deux membres au moins du comité scientifique. Il n'y a pas de différence entre les présentations orales et les posters en termes de procédure d'évaluation et de publication dans les actes de la conférence.<o></o></FONT></SPAN></div>
