socio-langagier à
partir duquel l’enfant construit son langage. En adoptant
une approche basée
sur l’usage, nous examinons les pratiques plurilingues
d’enfants d’origine
italienne et celles des interlocuteurs qui font partie de
leur entourage. Nous
examinons la manière dont les processus interactionnels
soutiennent
l’acquisition, en considérant les caractéristiques
sociolinguistiques
sous-tendant l’environnement langagier auquel l’enfant est
exposé. Comment
l’enfant construit-il ses compétences langagières à partir
d’un environnement
variable ?</span></div>

<div class style="text-align:justify;"><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;">Cette présentation expose les
approches
méthodologiques et les analyses de données empiriques
recueillies dans le cadre
de deux études. </span></div>
<div class style="text-align:justify;"><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;"> </span></div>
<div class style="text-align:justify;"><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;">La première a été menée en
Vénétie (Italie). Comme on
peut le constater pour l’ensemble de l’espace italoroman,
la Vénétie est une
région plurilingue, étant donné le contact entre l’italien
et le vénitien, la
langue régionale. Or, la plupart des études
développementales conduites en
Italie portent sur l’acquisition de l’italien, en laissant
de côté tous les
facteurs de variation issus du contact entre l’italien et
les variétés
régionales. A partir d’un corpus d’interactions familiales
dyadiques et
multipartites (35 heures), nous décrivons la méthodologie
mise en place pour le
recueil des données langagières et les critères appliqués
pour le codage du
matériel enregistré. Ensuite, nous nous interrogeons sur
la façon dont les
aspects variationnels des usages en milieu de contact de
langues peuvent être
inclus dans des analyses quantitatives. </span></div>
<div class style="text-align:justify;"><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;"> </span></div>
<div class style="text-align:justify;"><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;">La deuxième étude est
actuellement en cours<sup class>1</sup>
et porte sur la socialisation langagière dans un contexte
migratoire auprès de
familles italiennes installées en France depuis les années
2000. En continuité
avec les questionnements théoriques et méthodologiques
issus de la première
étude, nous nous interrogeons sur la façon dont l’enfant
acquiert ses langues
dans son environnement caractérisé par la polycentralité
sociolinguistique.
Nous avons filmé des diners familiaux dans le but de
dégager d’une part, les
expressions renvoyant à une ou plusieurs appartenances et,
d’autre part,
d’analyser la façon dont les langues des répertoires
respectifs sont utilisées
au sein des interactions familiales. Ce contexte
interactionnel nous semble
être le plus à même de refléter non seulement la
transmission des pratiques
alimentaires culturelles et familiales
intergénérationnelles mais également la
transmission des pratiques sociales.</span></div>

<div class style="text-align:justify;"><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;">Compte tenu des spécificités
sociolinguistiques de la
Vénétie et du contexte migratoire italien en France, notre
travail cherche à
faire émerger un certain nombre de questions sur
l’acquisition plurilingue dans
des situations complexes de contact de langues, domaine de
recherche à notre
sens encore sous-étudié par des approches
interdisciplinaires fédérant
psycholinguistique et sociolinguistique, méthodologie
quantitative et
qualitative. </span></div>

au sein de la famille – menant à l’abandon de langues par
des communautés
entières, phénomène connu sous le nom de <i class>language shift</i> (Thomason &

situation de forte pression des langues majoritaires sur
les langues
minoritaires ou minorisées. <br class clear="none">

certain nombre de
travaux sur la transmission de la langue d’origine en
contexte migratoire
(Deprez, 1994, Akinci, 2004, de Ruiter, 2008, Haque,
2010), effectués
essentiellement sur la transmission d’une seule langue
d’origine, qui montrent
l’abandon des langues d’origine en trois générations
(Héran et al., 2002). <br class clear="none">

<div class style="text-align:justify;"><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;">Mon étude a
comme particularité
de travailler sur la transmission de deux langues
d’origine (en plus du
français), l’arabe et le turc, d’une communauté originaire
d’Antioche (Turquie)
en situation de migration en région parisienne<span class style="color:black;">. </span>Je
m’intéresse aux pratiques langagières de ces familles et à
leurs politiques
linguistiques. Ce travail de recherche est basé sur une
enquête qualitative
afin d’observer la transmission de(s) langue(s) d’origine
dans des familles sur
trois générations au travers d’entretiens compréhensifs et
de pratiques
langagières spontanées.</span><span class style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></div>
