<br><p>Ce numéro propose une vue comparative des phénomènes aspectuels à
travers diverses langues (hongrois, russe, odia, anglais), en présentant
des données nouvelles et des analyses originales sur la manière dont
l’aspect se construit dans les langues.</p>
<p>L’aspect est ce qui, dans la langue, assure la mise en scène des
événements que l’on raconte. L’aspect lexical (l’Aktionsart) décrit la «
forme » des événements et l’aspect grammatical marque le point de vue
du locuteur sur leur déroulement temporel. Il est communément admis que
le premier est l’affaire de la sémantique lexicale et le second celle
de la syntaxe et la morphologie. Mais les choses ne sont pas toujours
si simples. Les articles de ce numéro, en offrant des descriptions
syntaxiques détaillées dans diverses langues (hongrois, russe, odia,
anglais), contribuent à montrer comment l’aspect se structure aux
différents niveaux de l’analyse linguistique et comment les théories
syntaxique et sémantique s’enrichissent mutuellement par les travaux
menés à leur interface.</p><br>
