This looks like a fantastic resource. Our current IPA lookup system requires either a dictionary (listing) of orthographic forms and related IPA forms. If the people behind that online dictionary would be willing to share their list, that would be wonderful (this is how we obtained the transcriptions for our dictionaries, from speech research groups to online dictionaries). 

In case the Greek orthography is transparent enough, and believe it is, then all we need is to build a system of transliteration, which would map the graphemes of Greek with their IPA counterparts.

I would be happy to work with you on giving this a shot.

All I need is to work with you and/or other specialists of Greek phonology to make this happen. If you could please send me a phonotactic description, I could certainly develop a syllabification algorithm for it.

This is rather surprising. If the encoding is good, then maybe the font (or typeface) doesn't support all the symbols. Can you please send me the symbols (with their unicode value if you have it) of the symbols that didn't appear properly?

I look forward to working with you on making Phon Greek-ready. This might also encourage the contribution of Greek data to PhonBank; that too would be significant!
