PCC report

Dear Greg,

In the version 3.0.3, is it possible in the PCC report to have in the 
folder format, a file in the folder "Listing by Participant" entitled "all 
participant.xls" file like in the summary folder.
I know how to use the get and transform tool of Excel, bu, it needs that 
the files are exactly in the same format, which often they are not.

It will be easier if Phon already provides it like in the summary folder, 
(all the data on the same sheet).
