Reports in Phon 3.0.5

I have been trying to generate PCC reports in 3.0.5 but I am not able to 
see a report.  The log file indicates that Phon has created a report, but 
no  report appears. It essentially stalls before I get any output. I have 
tried  on both PC and Mac; I have tried to run a single session as well as 
a  batch of sessions; and I have tried running various options (PCC, PPC, 
ignore diacritics, etc) - regardless of how I try to run it, I encounter 
the same problem.  Any suggestions?
