Report generation issues

I am having problems generating a report for a query. The query (phones) is 
run on the Goad corpus and asks to return strings that match \b\c\v\c\b in 
the IPA Target tier. The search returns what I'm looking for, which I can 
verify on a session-by-session basis in the query results window. However, 
when I try to generate a report by aggregating the results, it fails, with 
the following message:
