I didn't cc the list, but I contacted Dafydd Gibbon and got this response:

Best to contact Jan-Torsten Milde (or Thorsten Trippel) about TASX.
Jan-Torsten is at the Fachhochschule Fulda now, and is developing TASX
with his students there. Apparently he has transferred the website there
now, but at the moment the software seems not to be online.
