Toolbox template

As part of our EthnoER project we will be developing one or more 
Toolbox templates. I want to check if anyone has existing templates 
that include the Leipzig glossing rules as a controlled vocabulary 
('Range Set' in Toolbox talk).

We have found it necessary to create a template as the XML output 
from Toolbox is sensitive to the marker hierarchy and, in the 
interest of interoperability of the data, we also need to specify 
what field markers can be used.

Once the template is ready I'll let the list know.
