Having English translations associated with your texts is likely
to be very useful at some point, e.g. for finding bits of text on
a certain topic or certain words or grammatical constructions.
If the individual files are small, you might get away with storing
the English in a separate file along with the transcriber file.
If, however, they are large, finding something in the English
file and therefore knowing that there is something relevant in the
associated transcriber file will not point you very precisely
at the portion in which you are interested.
