Reminder (2nd announcement)

Linguistics in the Pub (LIP) January 2010
Organised by RNLD

LIP is an occasional gathering of language activists and linguists in
Melbourne. All are welcome. Those in other parts of Australia and the world
who can't make it to the Melbourne LIPs are encouraged to
organise a local gathering to discuss this topic and support language
activities in your area.

Tuesday 19th January, 7:30 pm

The topic for this month will be: Is there really that much difference
between language documentation and language description?

No set paper will be discussed but for more background see any of these
papers:
