handbook entitled 'Grant Writing for Indigenous Languages,' by Ofelia 
Zepeda and Susan Penfield. Although aimed primarily at U.S. tribes
seeking 
U.S. funds, there are many pieces of advice that are of general utility.

Please feel free to make use of this document, within limits of the 
copyright retained by the Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of the
