Subject: DOBES training course June 7-10 2010

Dear DOBES colleagues,

We will organize another regular DOBES training course from the 7th until
the 10th of June at the MPI Nijmegen. Since there are no new projects at the
moment, this might be an opportunity for non-project-members to participate,
the last time we could not accept many of them. If you know anyone who is
eager to participate, please pass on this message. As always, there are no
course fees, but participants need to cover their own travel and
accommodation expenses.

I realize that we are a little bit in competition with various other summer
schools and courses that are taking place this summer, e.g. with the CLARA
summer school in July that we are organizing ourselves. The DOBES course
will be somewhat more basic, more aimed towards language documentation, and
lasts only 4 days instead of 2 weeks, so for some this might be more
attractive.
