AIATSIS grants suspended

Dear RNLDers,

Via a very confusingly worded message on its website <
http://www.aiatsis.gov.au/research/grants/grants.html>, AIATSIS has
announced that it will not be offering a grants round in 2012 - making it
the first time in 20 years that grants will not be available.

This is certain to increase pressure on other Australian grant schemes.

It would be useful to receive any additional information that members may
have on the future of AIATSIS grants.
