[RNLD] resources on orthography development

Dear RNLDers,

Courses on orthography were taught at InField 2008 by Kristine Stenzel and
Keren Rice, InField 2010 by Gwen Hyslop and Keren Rice, and CoLang/InField
2012 by Keren Rice and Colleen Fitzgerald. The course materials provide a
basic introduction to the 'midwife' method of orthography development.

The trainers have very generously shared their training materials (course
slides and bibliography) with RNLD members on our web site. The most recent
version of the slides (updated August 2012) can be found on the RNLD web
site under *Resources* <http://www.rnld.org/resources> and *FAQs* <
http://www.rnld.org/FAQs>.
