Inserting characters in Toolbox

There are internal and external ways to define keys. For the internal
way, see the Toolbox help page titled "Keyboard Definitions".
This is probably the easiest way to quickly define a key to
produce what is needed. The external way we currently recommend
is MSKLC (Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator), which is available
for download from the Microsoft site.
