Students interested in research on Australian languages are invited to apply for scholarships to attend the 2013 Australian Languages Workshop held at UQ Moreton Bay Research Station (North Stradbroke Island). AIATSIS Centre for Australian Languages is offering two scholarships of $250 each. Successful applicants will be expected to attend the whole workshop. Priority will be given to applicants who fit one or more of the following categories:

*             Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

*             Involved with Australian languages

*             Presenting a paper at ALW

*             First-time ALW attendee

9. What experience have you had with Australian languages?

10. Are you presenting a paper at ALW? If so, please attach your abstract.
