[RNLD] New version of Toolbox for Mac 1.6.1

There is a new version of Toolbox for Mac, version 1.6.1 which solves some
interlinearizing problems.

One of these is that if the \a or \va fields are above the \ge field for a
lexicon entry, interlinearizing will not work
