[RNLD] changes to Indigenous Languages Support Program announced

Dear all

I don't think anybody has yet commented on the change from 'Languages' to
'Languages and Arts' - is there not a worry that funds previously earmarked
for language programmes might be redirected to arts projects with little or
no language element?
