The Puliima team is very excited to be able to host training workshops leading up to the Puliima language conference. These free, hands on workshops present an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in language revival, such as creating digital language resources, rebuilding speaker populations, learning best practice for audio and video recordings and teaching your language in community and schools. To attend a workshop you must be registered for the Puliima two-day language conference.

The Unit will be localised and materials will be developed ready to be delivered immediately. This Unit has been aligned to the draft Australian Curriculum for Teaching Languages in schools.

Participants will need to have language knowledge to enable them to work on the unit successfully. So that participants can be prepared, prior to the conference we will provide a wordlist to be translated into your local language.

Special thanks to First Languages Australia for sponsoring these workshop events.
