[RNLD] List or review of language apps

NPY women's council are creating one called Kulila! For Pitjantjatjara and
Ngaanyatjarra emotion related terms. Bruce Birch is the developer and from
What I know he works on a number of language based apps with various
communities. Might be good to contact:
