[RNLD] REQUEST: community-based language programs social media

Hi Andrew,

you might be interested in the work being done in the framework of the 
EU project "The Digital Language Diversity Project" (www.dldp.eu). In 
particular, we've been collecting the kind of information you are 
searching for by means of a survey for four regional/minority languages 
of the EU. So the data might be of no interest for you, but the 
methodology we used could help.
